双肢薄壁高墩大块钢模翻模施工技术

摘    要:结合具体的桥梁工程施工实例,对山区高架桥变截面空心薄壁高墩的施工工艺进行探讨,根据其施工特点提出薄壁高墩翻模施工质量控制要点。结果证明,该工艺施工速度快、工程质量好、人员操作安全、劳动强度低、经济效益显著,成功地解决了薄壁高墩的施工难点,保证了工程质量。

Abstract:Combined with example of bridge construction,the construction technology of variable cross-section hollow thin-wall high pile in mountain areas was discussed.According to the construction characteristics,the key points of quality control for thin-wall high pile rollover construction technology were put forward.The results show that the construction technology has many advantages such as fast consruction,good quality,safe operation,low labor intensity and significant economic benefits,which can deal with the...
