高粘度沥青材料的压力控制洒布技术

摘    要:分析了目前常用的基于流量控制的沥青洒布控制系统的工作原理,针对其在洒布高粘度沥青材料时存在的喷洒压力不稳定、洒布不均匀和精度难以保证等问题,提出了基于压力控制实现沥青洒布的技术方案,并推导出了系统的控制方程,设计了相应的沥青管路系统,阐述了控制系统的硬件体系和软件设计要点。实践证明,基于压力控制理论设计的沥青洒布控制系统,具有洒布均匀度好、控制精度高等特点,尤其适用于高粘度沥青材料的洒布作业。
