| 摘 要： | 通过改变锰的含量,研究在28Cr铸铁中用锰代替钼的可行性;通过机械性能测试和磨损试验,比较不同成分28Cr铸铁的磨损特性,并与几种常用抗磨材料进行比较。结果表明：在28Cr铸铁中加入适量的锰,能保持材料的耐腐蚀、耐磨损性能,并大幅降低了成本,为28Cr铸铁以锰代钼,并用于搅拌机衬板的生产提供参考依据。
