| 摘 要： | 案例教学在激发学生创造性思维能力，提高学生判断分析能力、决策能力和综合素质方面具有不可替代的优点。在高职院校财务管理教学中应用案例教学法，有利于提高学生财务预测、决策、预算、控制和分析的实际操作能力，提高学生语言表达能力和财经写作能力。但是，要真正发挥案例教学的效果．必须精心组织，并认真处理好各种关系。
