| 摘 要： | 依托沈阳地铁一号线第三方监测工作实践，结合北京、深圳等地第三方监测实施经验，运用对比分析的方法，阐述地铁建设第三方监测实施过程中有待完善的若干要点，并给出相应的改进建议： 1）通过分析第三方监测项目选择的依据、目的等内容，确定了现场安全巡视、地表沉降监测、雷达探测等合理的实施项目； 2）通过对地表沉降值的对比分析，给出具体调整沉降控制标准的建议； 3）采用新技术、新设备发挥第三方监测先导作用； 4）加强对施工监测的指导，推进施工监测全程标准化等内容，以期更好地发挥第三方监测工作在安全建设方面的作用。
