基于关联维数的转子-轴承耦合故障诊断研究

提出了一种将关联维数理论应用于转子-轴承不平衡耦合故障诊断的新方法,重点讨论转子系统转速对系统平衡的影响,对滚动轴承支承下的耦合系统的动力学方程仿真计算获取的非线性时间序列进行相空间重构,并计算出关联维数,比较了不同故障状态下的关联维数特征,发现了耦合故障下关联维数的变化规律,并以此作为耦合故障识别的重要特征.仿真试验验证了分析结果,表明了文中所述方法良好的性能.

Study of fault diagnosing for rotor-bearing coupling system base on correlation dimension theory

Based on the correlation dimension theory,a scheme for diagnosing the unbalance fault of rotor-bearing coupling system is presented. Using the nonlinear time series analysis theory,through the phase space reconstruction of the signals obtained from the dynamic models,the correlation dimension is calculated.
