| 摘 要： | 在建船舶抵押登记由于相关规定不够明确，成为船舶登记中较模糊复杂的工作，但与航运造船业的发展是相当密切。文章从在建船舶抵押登记的相关法规出发，分析了该登记可能存在的工作疑虑，然后分析该登记的工作现状，最后对在造船舶抵押登记的做法提出建议。

| Abstract: | The ambiguity of the regulations concerning mortgage registration of the ship under construction adds complexity to the work of ship registry, which is very relevant to the develop-ment of the shipping and ship building industry. This paper analyzes the present regulations about such registry firstly, and figures out the practical questions on the registry, discusses the present status and then provides some proposals on mortgage registration of the ship under construction. |
