| 摘 要： | 研究专项规划阶段城市步行和自行车交通的综合协同发展策略,有利于规划建设与城市土地利用相协调、与其他交通方式衔接良好、高品质的步行和自行车交通系统。从三个方面阐述城市步行和自行车交通协同策略:规划编制方面,提出与上、下位规划以及同位相关规划的内容及程序的协调策略;外部关系方面,探索与城市自然地理特征、其他交通方式、土地利用及环境景观的协同策略;内部关系层面,探讨步行和自行车交通之间的和谐共处策略。同时,从四个层面提出维护协同关系的策略。最后,以济南市步行和自行车交通示范项目为例,阐述协同策略的具体落实。
