船用离心泵减振改进数值模拟分析研究

摘    要:根据某型船用离心泵存在的振动较大问题,通过对设备振动测试数据的分析,针对离心泵所具有的特点,并结合工程实践,提出了造成设备振动偏大的可能原因.基于CFD性能预报的现代设计方法,对该泵进行了降低振动的改型设计.其改进方案的CFD性能预报结果表明,泵内流动的不稳定性得到了明显改善.

Abstract:In view of the large vibration of marine centrifugal pumps,the vibration testing data of the equipment are analyzed.Based on the characteristics of centrifugal pumps and engineering practices,the paper summarizes the reasons for vibration and puts forward some countermeasures.Based on the modern design method with flow simulation by CFD,the centrifugal pump is redesigned for vibration reduction.The result shows that the inside hydro-borne instability of the pump is largely improved.
