摘    要:针对1.5 MW风力发电机定子线圈绝缘依靠手工包扎,存在质量可控性差、包扎效率低、占用场地大、劳动强度较大等问题,采用半自动绝缘包扎进行工艺提升与优化。

Abstract:Because the insulation of stator coil for 1.5 kW wind turbine generator depends on manual bandaging,so it has numerous problems,such as existing low controllable of quality,poor efficiency of bandage,taking up more areas,high intensity of labor,etc.Semi-automatic insulation envelope was adopted for technology improving and optimization.
