摘    要:船用三速锚机工作条件恶劣,电动机转子故障是电动锚机系统的常见故障之一.转子故障在线分析中必须考虑电动机实际运行和检测条件.文章在理论分析、仿真的基础上,提出了基于小波包分解和希尔伯特包络频谱分析的电动机转子断条在线检测方法.仿真和诊断实例表明该方法不仅可以抑制干扰因素的影响,有效提取故障特征量并实现故障准确诊断,而且能够反映负载波动的时刻和频率波动的范围,是一种切实可行的在线诊断方法.

Abstract:Marine AC three-speed windlass motor is working under rigid conditions.Rotor fault is one of the daily faults of windlass system.The actual operation and detection conditions of motors must be taken account in analyzing rotor faults on-line.Based on theoretical analysis and simulation,the paper presents a new on-line detection scheme that combines the wavelet packet decomposition and Hilbert envelope frequency spectrum analysis.The results show that the approach is valid and effective for restraining interf...
