新造船能效设计指数的实船验证差异分析

摘    要:基于"CHANG HANG ZHEN ZHU"、"EISTANK HILLARY"、"SHUN XIN"三艘船舶的设计参数及实船测试数据,依据IMO提出的新造船能效设计指数(EEDI)计算公式,对其进行新造船能效设计指数的实船验证.针对压载试航的船舶需要进行航速换算的问题,将海军系数等比法作为一种更科学合理的航速换算方法,采用此方法分别计算了EEDI的理论值和实船验证值,并对两者进行了差异分析.

Abstract:Based on the design parameters and full-scale test data of three ships,CHANG HANG ZHEN ZHU,EISTANK HILLARY and SHUN XIN,the full-scale verification of EEDI is finished according to the calculation formula of EEDI proposed by IMO.To counter the problem of ballast trial speed conversion,a more scientific and more reasonable speed conversion method named geometric admiralty performance coefficient method is put forward.Adopting this method,the theoretical values and full-scale verified values of EEDI are both ...
