摘    要:开发了一套基于船舶雷达/ARPA模拟器智能考试系统.该系统的评估方法采用专家法和隶属度函数相结合的方法.专家在出题时根据试题特点设置评估要素权重及允许的误差绝对值范围,系统根据权重及误差范围设定隶属度函数,并以此计算受训人操作的隶属度值及考试成绩.本系统已经应用在雷达模拟器上,实现考试所有环节从出题直到最后评判的网络化...
