| 摘 要： | 在国有资产使用、管理中 ,由于责、权、利不明晰 ,造成了国有资产的流失 ,为了防止这种现象的发生 ,必须做好资产评价工作 ,明确各方责任 ,规定上缴有偿使用费 ,加速计提折旧 ,确保国有资产的保值与增值。

| Abstract: | During managing and using of national property,non-perspicuity of responsibility,authority and benefit results to losing of national property.To avoid such result,we must do well in property value evaluating work,definitude responsibility of each aspect,pay repayavle using cost regularly,calculate and collect depreciation quickly,thus can ensure national property value and increment. |
