In order to standardize the market management of china‘s intemational container multimodal transport and promote china‘s foreign trade,the ministry of commuications and the ministry of railways of the people‘s republic of china(hereinfter referred to as the two ministries)jointly promulgated on march1997 the “regulations for the managemetnt of intemational container multimodal transport ”(hereinafter referred to as the regulations )and began to enforce the regulations on oct.1.1997.
