| 摘 要： | 涉外工程项目远离祖国，施工可变因素多，往往具有语言障碍、文化差异、技术标准差异、安全环保限制、资金紧张、材料短缺、劳务管理等等国内难以想象的困难。通过对以色列一涉外工程项目在实施中所遇到的教训，介绍了涉外工程的管理形式、特点和与国内管理的区别，为承揽涉外同类工程项目有极好的借鉴意义。
