| Abstract: | Firstly,the ideas,principles and methods of systematic science and network optimization are applied to analyze the framework and function of port logistics;then,the handling capacity of main operational links and subsystems are simply introduced;finally,the harmony theory and calculating method of the synthetic handling capacity of port logistics are studied.Furthermore,the validity and operability of this theory are tested by a numerical example.The chief measures to improve the synthetic handling capacity of logistics in port hinge have been put forward. |
