| 摘 要： | 粗集算法比较适合于不完全信息条件下的推理分析。在简要介绍粗集理论的基础上，设计了该理论应用于道路交通事故黑点整治的基本步骤与实施要点，并给出了一个计算示例。结果表明，粗集算法具有较强的实用性与合理性，有助于道路交通管理部门合理选择黑点的整治策略。

| Abstract: | Rough set is fit for reasoning analysis on incomplete information comparatively.In this paper,rough set theory was introduced briefly first,then steps and essentials of traffic black spots identifying based on rough set were designed,and an example was given finally.The results show that rough set algorithm is practical and reasonable,which can help traffic management department choose renovating strategies for road black spots. |
