耦合螺栓模型建模及柴油机有限元分析

摘    要:研究了耦合螺栓有限元建模方法,该模型考虑到了螺栓连接所具备的预紧力和接触对这2个重要的特征.将耦合螺栓有限元模型运用到了某试件的模态分析计算中,所得到的频率和振型与实验结果具有很好的一致性,验证了耦合螺栓有限元模型的有效性.该模型运用到了某中速船用柴油机的机体与油底壳之间的连接,研究了采用螺栓连接的柴油机的有限元模型与采用粘连的方式直接将柴油机的机体与油底壳固连的有限元模型在模态频率和模态振型之间的差异

Abstract:This paper introduced the modeling method of the coupled bolt model and the model takes into two important characters of the bolted joints:pretension and contact behavior.Finite element model of the coupled bolt was applied to a certain specimen for modal analysis,the resulting nature frequencies and nature modes have a good consistency with the experimental results and this results verifies the coupled bolt the best effectiveness.Finally,the coupled bolt model in this study is adopted for the connection between the oilpan and the block of a certain medium-speed marine diesel engine.the modal analysis results show the difference compared with the oilpan adhesion directly to the block.
