摘    要:本文在简要评述中国船舶生产发展过程的基础上,提出了曲面分段加工的虚拟流水线作业模式.针对曲面分段加工虚拟流水线作业的特点,研究了曲面分段加工虚拟流水线生产模式的关键技术:作业负荷均衡技术和生产控制技术;虚拟流水线的自适应控制机制技术.利用虚拟流水线生产模式可以有效地提高船舶生产效率,降低生产成本,提高整体竞争实力.

Abstract:Based on discussion of development process of Chinese shipbuilding, Virtual Flow-Line Production Mode (VFL) for manufacturing curved module of ship is proposed in this paper. The characteristics of VFL are analyzed which include: (1) Facilities and tools are flowing, but workpieces are not flowing. (2) Flexible, no compelling, rhythm is adopted. (3) Production is specialization. (4) Production is organized according to different processes. Aiming at characteristics of VFL for curved module of ship, key technologies including work-load balancing and JIT production controlling for VFL are also studied. Adaptable controlling technology of VFL is studied based on some uncertain situations in shipbuilding. By means of VFL production efficiency could be enhanced effectively and production costs be reduced, competitive power be increased also.
