| Abstract: | Greater improvement has been made on the detection device of coupler failure for type 8K electric locomotive. The paper compares the operating prinoiple of the device before and after the improvement. Analysis is proposed upon the reason of abnormal operation of the device before improvement. The improved circuit principle diagrams of the device are of major concern. |
