金属带带环疲劳试验研究

摘    要:带环是金属带中的核心部件,其主要失效形式是疲劳破坏。本试验用动态电阻应变仪测量带环应变,建立应力和测量应变之间的方程,确定进行带环疲劳试验的应力水平;通过疲劳试验,确定带环的疲劳极限,采用参考文献3、4中介绍的数据处理方法处理疲劳试验数据,得到了带环的P-S-N曲线,为金属带的可靠性设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract:The steel ring is the key component of metal V-belt,its main failure is fatigue rupture.In this study dynamic resistance strain apparatus was used to measure the strain of the steel ring,the equation between stress and the measuring strain was obtained and the stress level of fatigue test was determined. Through the fatigue test, the fatigue limit of the steel ring was obtained. Adopting the data processing method mentioned in reference 3 and reference 4 to process the fatigue test data,the P-S-N curve of the steel ring is worked out,which offers important guidance for the reliability design of metal V-belt.
