| 摘 要： | 现存的维护维修服务模式基本上是“救火式”的事后维护维修。在机械设备产生故障后,从需求上报到服务人员到达维修成功,需要一个时间过程。而在机械设备运行时一旦出现突发性故障其后果是非常严重的。为了能够提前预测机械设备运行状态,避免造成重大损失,可以通过检测机械设备润滑油成分来预测机械设备运行状态,从而可以有效的减少甚至避免故障和事故的发生。
