摘    要:为顺利推进国家重点水运工程"长江南京以下12. 5 m深水航道工程"的建设,需要分析工程的技术难点与建设特点,为工程航道整治设计与施工提供技术支撑。在工程河段的水沙运动特征及碍航特性分析的基础上,结合潮汐分汊河段复杂的自然环境与保护要求,剖析了工程设计面临的技术难点:潮汐分汊河段水沙运动和滩槽演变规律的进一步把握、航道整治参数的确定、通航汊道选择及洲滩控制工程布置、利益相关方相互制约,以及新型航道整治建筑物结构的研发等;分析了工程建设的主要特点:工程里程长、施工点多面广、工程量大、施工强度高带来的管理难度大,施工与通航的矛盾突出,水下恶劣条件下施工精度控制与质量检测难度大,生态环境保护要求高等。成果为工程建设的技术攻关和管理创新提供指导,可作为类似工程前期论证、立项管理的技术参考。

Abstract:In order to smoothly promote the construction of the national key waterway project,the 12.5 m deepwater waterway project in the Yangtze River below Nanjing,technical difficulties and construction characteristics of the project need to be analyzed to provide technical support for the design and construction of the project waterway regulation.Based on the analyses of the characteristics of water-sediment movement and navigation obstacle in the engineering reach,combined with the complex natural environment and protection demand of this tidal and bifurcated reach,the technical difficulties faced by the engineering design were analyzed deeply as follows:further understanding of water-sediment movement and shoal-channel evolution rules of the tidal and bifurcated river,determination of channel regulation parameters,channel inlet choosing and shoal controlling engineering layout,restrictions of the stakeholder,and advanced structure of regulating structures developing.The main characteristics of engineering construction were analyzed:long mileage,wide construction points,large quantity and high construction intensity bring about great difficulty in management,prominent contradiction between construction and navigation,difficulty in construction accuracy control and quality detection under harsh water conditions,and high requirements for ecological environment protection.The achievements has been conducted to provide instructions for the technical breakthrough and managing innovation regarding to this project,as well as the technical references for the feasibility demonstration and establishment management of similar projects.
