| 摘 要： | 高职教育文化承载着高技能人才培养的功能。高职教育的实践性、开放性和职业性，决定了高职教育文化必须与行业文化、企业文化的互动融合。武汉船舶职业技术学院注重继承传统，重视与行业企业互动融合，对如何建设有特色的高职教育文化做了积极而有成效的探索。

| Abstract: | The culture of higher vocational education shoulders the task of fostering talents with expert workmanship.As it has the characteristics of practice,openess and profession,the culture needs to combine with industry culture and enterprise culture.Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology lays stess on inheriting the tradition and interaction with industry enterprises,its research on how to construct characteric culture in higher vocational institution proves to be positive and effective. |
