| 摘 要： | 针对货车26型轴承典型故障类型进行了台架试验,得出新造轴承及注脂量超差、保持架裂损、滚子环形条纹、内圈挡边角度超差、滚道剥离等故障轴承在不同试验载荷、不同试验速度及运转时间下的温度变化规律,为货车26型轴承热轴故障分析及在线健康检测提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The bench test is carried out for typical fault of type 26 bearing on freight cars,the temperature variation regularities of newly-manufactured and faulty bearing with over tolerance of grease capacity,crack of retainer,ring-shaped strip on the rouer,over tolerance of angel of inner ring rib,raceway peeling under different test loads,test speeds and operation time are obtained,providing reference for fault analysis and online health detection of hot box fault of type 26 bearing on freight cars. |
