动车组防滑策略优化

摘    要:分析了动车组滑行并导致擦轮的实际案例及其数据,提出了2种动车组防滑策略的优化方案。最终采用在通信协议中增加一条指令,由BCU发送给TCU,用以在滑行严重时解除电耦合,该方案防滑控制方式制动力损失较小,并且解除电耦合之后,有利于单轴速度的恢复,效果更理想。

Abstract:The actual case of skid of train and wheel scoring caused by skid of train as well as its data are analyzed,there are 2 optimization schemes for anti-skid strategy for multiple units provided.The scheme of adding a command in the communication protocol,sending from BCU to TCU so as to remove the electric coupling when the skid is serious is finally adopted.The braking force loss of the anti-skid control method of the scheme is less,and after the electric coupling is removed,it is benefit for recovery of speed of single axle,with better effect.
