铁路客车车体疲劳强度仿真研究

摘    要:在铁道车辆车体疲劳强度评估的方法中,数值仿真分析具有高效性和经济性的特点。车体疲劳强度数值仿真分析主要涉及疲劳载荷工况选取、车体结构规范建模、应力评估准则建立。文章在综合分析已有的车体结构疲劳强度分析标准和材料疲劳强度评价标准的基础上,归纳总结出2种车体疲劳强度评估的数值仿真分析方法,并给出了模型有限元单元大小15~20 mm的建议值以及相应的应力评价准则。

Abstract:In the method of evaluation of fatigue strength of car body of rolling stock,numerical simulation analysis has the characteristics of high efficiency and economy.The numerical simulation analysis of fatigue strength of car body mainly involves selection of fatigue load condition,canonical modeling of car body structure,establishment of stress evaluation criterion.Based on comprehensive analysis of standard for fatigue strength analysis of existing car body structure and evaluation criterion for fatigue strength of material,there are 2 numerical simulation analysis methods of fatigue strength evaluation of car body summarized in the article,providing proposed value of 15~20 mm for element size of finite element of model,and corresponding stress evaluation criterion.
