轨距尺的智能化与创新

摘    要:智能轨距尺采用高精度直线位移传感器和倾角传感器后,其最大的特点是活动测头能连续不间断地滚动采集数据并进行自动判断、锁定轨距最小值,使轨距测量更具科学性。该项滚动测量技术不但提高了检测精度,而且解决了活动测头的磨损问题,是轨距尺实现智能化的一项创新,达到了部颁0级轨距尺的规程要求,满足了高速铁路轨道线路的检测需要。

Abstract:By using high-precision linear displacement sensor and inclination angle sensor, the intelligent track gauge is significantly featured by the continuous rolling of the mobile gauge head and data collecting, and automatically judging and locking the minimum value of track gauge, which makes the measurement more scientific. This rolling measurement technology not only improves the inspection precision, but also solves the problem of mobile gauge head wearing. It is a innovation in realizing the intelligentization of track gauge, and meets the 0 class track gauge regulations issued by Ministry of Railways, satisfies the requirements of high-speed railway track inspection.
