| 摘 要： | 通过对近年来部分铁路土建工程招标文件以及铁路建设施工合同的研究、比较及分析，总结出构成及制约当前铁路工程量清单计价模式的共同因素，分析影响铁路工程施工价格的因素，对构筑健康有序的建筑市场环境、充分发挥铁路工程量清单计价模式的作用进行思考。

| Abstract: | Through study, comparison and analysis of the bidding documents for part of the railway civil engineering projects and of the railway construction contracts in recent years, the article summarizes the common factors forming and controlling the payment mode by bill of quantities for railway projects at present and analyzes the elements influencing the price of the railway engineering construction. It also has thoughts on building a healthy and orderly construction market environment and bringing into fully play the role of payment mode by bill of quantities for the railway. |
