| Abstract: | Because of higher strength, fine ductility and weldability, the nwe HSLA65 steel developed by American naval up-to-data can light the hull weight and lower the building cost. And it will replacement the HTS and DH36 warcraft steel. The parent metal, welding material and the development of technology are introduced in this paper. |
