| 摘 要： | 从城市的空间、社会、经济及环境等多个方面研究了南京绕越高速公路环线形成对南京城市发展的促进作用。南京绕越高速公路环线形成不仅直接提高南京市域交通体系的运行效率,促进南京公路交通网络完善发展,增强综合交通运输能力,还将通过集聚、扩散和引导等功能的发挥,促进城市发展空间拓展和功能布局调整;引导城市工业用地规划和产业集群,促进产业布局调整优化和产业竞争力提升;促进跨江发展,推进城市化进程,提高城市可持续发展综合能力。

| Abstract: | The promotive effect of the Nanjing Raoyue Expressway loop formation on the development of Nanjing City is studied from city space,society,economy and environment.The formation of Nanjing Raoyue Expressway loop not only promotes the Nanjing Expressway traffic network perfect and strengthens the synthetical traffic carrying capacity directly,by agglomerating,diffusing and guiding,but also promotes city space boosting and function layout adjusting,guides city industrial estate plan and industrial cluster,promotes estate layout adjusting optimization and industrial competition,promotes the development of striding over Yangzi River,pushes forward the course of urbanization,improves city sustainable development. |
