| 摘 要： | 文章分析了当前企业普遍存在的组织结构问题及其带来的种种弊病,阐述了进行组织结构扁平化、流程化变革的重要性和必要性。提出了按照ISO9001标准模式优化组织结构,将"根据专业分工"转变为"根据流程分工"的思路和方法,以及应该贯彻的管理哲学。
