| 摘 要： | 智慧城市建设过程中对通信技术,尤其是宽带接入网的建设提出了更高的要求,也给基础电信运营商带来了很多新的问题与挑战。以高速稳定为特征的全光宽带接入网可谓智慧城市的基础与根本条件。本文结合目前智慧城市发展中对宽带接入网提出的需求和宽带接入网自身在发展及运维管理中所面临的问题,明确了在智慧城市建设过程中宽带接入网全光化的必要性,分析了宽带接入网自身在发展及运维管理中所面临的问题,并提出建议和实施对策。

| Abstract: | Construction of smart city puts forward higher requirements for communication technology,especially for broadband access network,and also brings more challenges to China Telecom industry.Meanwhile,optical fiber-based access network featuring in high speed and stability becomes the foundation of smart city.In view of the higher requirements of smart city development for broadband access network and the problems existing in access network management,this essay points out clearly the crucial role of fiber-based broadband access network in the construction of smart city.Based on analysis of problems existing in broadband access network development and management,suggestions and countermeasures are proposed accordingly. |
