高职院校航海专业人才培养模式改革研究

国际金融危机及《1978年海员培训、发证和值班标准国际公约马尼拉修正案》正式生效实施后,航运人才市场对航海人才的需求发生了深刻变化。改革航海人才培养方案必须考虑航海高职教育的特殊性,优化课程内容和课程体系,改善教学方式,加强实践教学,建设一支结构合理、专业技能扎实的＂双师型＂队伍。

Study of the Talent Training Mode Reform for Higher Vocational Maritime Colleges

The paper thoroughly analyzes the changes in demand of seafarers after financial crisis and implement of＂1978 seafarers training,certification and STCW Manila amendment.＂ From several aspects,it makes a study of the reform in Talent Training Mode for Higher Vocational Maritime Colleges.Then,it makes a case for the fact that the intended education Mode Reform should take account of the specialty of seafarer education,and optimize the system and content of the course,improve teaching methods and strengthen the practice teaching and cultivate ＂the double teacher＂team with rational structure,solid professional skills.
