高韧高硬高速钢的研究

摘    要:用化学成分分析法、金相分析法、X射线结构分析法以及表面硬度、剥层硬度和显微硬度测定法研究了高速钢25W3Mo4Cr2V7Co5和25W6Mo5Cr4V2A1的渗碳温度和时间、淬火加热温度以及回火温度和次数对其渗层的碳浓度分布、金相组织、相组成、层探、表面硬度和硬度分布的影响规律。用切削试验进行了寿命对比,并对低碳高速钢的渗碳机理进行了探讨和分析,针对混合型扩散控制的渗碳过程,建立了两个描述渗碳深度与时间关系的方程,扩大了经典公式的适用范围。

Abstract:Studies the affect of carburizing temperature and duration, quenching temperature, tempering temperature and times on the carbon content distribution, microstructure, phase composition, depth, surface hardness and microhardness distribution of carburized layer of 25W3Mo4Cr2V7CoS and 25W6MoSCr4V2Al high-speed steel by chemical analysis, microscropic analysis, X-ray structural analysis, surface hardness determination, hardness test case by case and microhardness test. The service life is compared by cutting test. Besides, the two formulas reflecting the relations between depth of carburized layer and carburizing duration for carburizing process controlled by mixed diffusion are derived, it can expand the application region of classical formula.
