山区天然河流设计最高通航水位确定方法的探讨

摘    要:在阐述频率与保证率概念的基础上,为使规范中的设计最高通航水位的确定方法与设计最低通航水位的确定方法相同,并同时直接计算通航期,对山区天然河流最高通航水位确定方法进行了探讨。研究认为,根据山区天然河流的实际情况,由频率法改成保证率法是较合理的,并通过29个通航河流的水文站资料,对2种方法的对应关系进行了对比分析。

Abstract:In order to make the methods presented in the Codes for determining the design highest navigable stage identical with those for the design lowest navigable stage,and meanwhile to calculate directly the navigable periods,the paper studies the methods for the design highest navigable stage of natural rivers in mountain areas,on the basis of expatiation on the concepts of frequency and guarantee rate.The study shows that,according to the actual condition of the natural rivers in mountain areas,it is reasonable to change from frequency methods to guarantee rate method in determining the design highest navigable stage.By studying the data from 29 hydrometric stations on navigable rivers,it also makes a contrast analysis on the two methods.
