| 摘 要： | 针对高速公路应急救援工作存在的问题，结合浙江省建设高速公路应急救援中心的实践，论述高速公路应急救援体系的组织架构和功能职责，对应急救援体系的运行模式、应急预案管理以及应急救援处置流程等进行分析和研究，提出支撑应急救援体系运行的技术保障措施．

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems existing in emergency rescue work of highway,together with highway emergency rescue center practice in Zhejiang Province,this paper discusses organizational structure and functions and duties of highway emergency rescue system,analyses and studies operation mode of emergency rescue system,emergency pre-scheme management as well as emergency rescue processing procedure etc.,presents technical safeguard measure supporting operation of emergency rescue system. |
