摘    要:传统的分动箱高低档切换是靠驾驶员主观经验进行,势必造成分动箱在切换过程中的损坏。本文介绍一种以车辆控制器为核心,车辆行驶数据为判断依据,由车辆控制器进行逻辑运算,控制低档电磁阀使分动箱在安全的条件下完成高低档切换的方法。

Abstract:The traditional high /low shifting in transfer case depends on the subjective experience of driver.It certainly causes the damage to transfer case.The author introduces a method that takes a vehicle controller as the core,and the vehicle driving data as the basis of judgment,uses the controller for logic calculation controlling the low-gear solenoid valve to complete high /low shifting under safety condition.
