| 摘 要： | 首先阐述了络筒机在国内的发展概况和半自动络筒机的大致涵义,接着详细论述这种半自动络筒机的主要技术特征,着重叙述了变频式半自动络筒机在络筒工艺上的主要优点--“软启动“和“急减速“性能,指出它克服了以往络筒机的三大弊端,效果十分明显,最后介绍了这种变频式在国内的发展应用情况.

| Abstract: | This paper firstly set forth the general situation of Winders and rough meanings of semi-automatic Winders, then elaborated on main technical features of these semi-automatic ones, especially related main merits of frequency-transducing semi-automatic ones in winding technology, which is "soft start" and "rapid slowdown", and pointed out that these new ones have overcome three main disadvantages of old-style ones and have good using effect. Finally this paper introduced the actual development and application of the frequency transducing semi-automatic winders. |
