| 摘 要： | 随着高校不断扩大，高校辅导员的工作量也随之增加，同时高校改革本身对学生工作提出了新的要求和严峻的挑战，要确保新时期高校德育工作顺利而有效的开展，就须对辅导员进行科学而正确的角色定位．针对高校辅导员目前的角色定位存在的问题，分析其原因，论述其解决对策．

| Abstract: | With college＇s increasing expansion, more work falls on the college instructors, in addition, the college reform brings up more challenges and requirements to the college students＇ management. In order to guarantee the moral education＇s smoothness and effective development in new era, the paper analyzes what correct role-play of instructor is and puts forward corresponding countermeasures concerning the existing problems of the instructor＇s role-play. |
