| 摘 要： | 简述将汽车散热器的波浪形换热带折弯处的圆弧形状改变成为平面形状后,能扩大冷却管向换热带导热的面积,提高汽车散热器的换热性能,加强换热元件之间的钎焊连接强度,减少有色金属材料的消耗。

| Abstract: | After the arc shape is changed into flat bottom shape in the turner of wave-shaped bending of automotive radiator,this will expand the heat conduction area of cooling pipe to heat exchanger fins,improve the heat transfer performance of automotive radiators,strengthen the braze welding intension between the heat exchangers parts,and reduce the consumption of non-ferrous mines. |
