摘 要: | 文章以大瑞(大理—瑞丽)铁路、贵南(贵阳—南宁)铁路建设项目为基础,总结了铁路桥梁装配式拱上钢立柱、桥面系施工工艺流程;通过现场测定,获得人工、材料、机械的单位消耗量统计数据,根据相关计价依据,计算得到装配式拱上钢立柱、桥面系的定额基价,并对比分析了装配式桥面系与现浇桥面系的造价差异性,为铁路桥梁装配式建造计价提供参考。

Abstract: | Based on the projects of Dali-Ruili railway and Guiyang-Nanning railway, this paper summarizes the construction process of the steel columns on arch bridge and ancillary facilities of bridge deck structures. Through field measurement, the statistcs of unit consumption of labor, materials and machinery are aqcaired. According to the relevant valuation basis, the cost indexes of steel columns and bridge deck system on the fabricated arch are obtained, which are compared and analyzed with those of the cast-in-place bridge deck system so as to provide support for the valuation of railway bridge fabricated construction. |
