摘    要:针对高速铁路无砟道床施工检测密度不足,导致长钢轨铺设后出现无砟轨道道床返工和长轨精调难度增加的问题,研究了基于无砟轨道逐轨枕复测模式的原理和方法,设计了无砟轨道逐轨枕复测信息系统,该系统具有无砟轨道施工进度管理、复测数据分析、超限数据预警等功能,能够实现无砟轨道施工质量精度控制和数字化管理目标.实践表明:所设计的无砟轨...

Sleeper-by-sleeper retest information system for ballastless track of high-speed railway

Abstract:In view of the lack of construction detection density of high-speed railway ballastless track bed, which leads to the rework of ballastless track bed after the laying of long rail and the difficulty of fine adjustment of long rail, this paper studied the principle and method based on the sleeper-by-sleeper retest mode of ballastless track, and designed the information system of sleeper-by-sleeper retest of ballastless track. The system has the functions of ballastless track construction schedule management, retest data analysis, over-limit data warning and so on, and can achieve the goal of ballastless track construction quality precision control and digital management. Practice shows that: the designed ballastless track sleeper by sleeper retest information system can dynamically master the construction progress and quality, help to find the track construction disease in advance, avoid quality problems into the next process, produce more cost of renovation, ballastless track construction quality control has strong practical value and reference significance.
