旅游铁路消防系统智能运营维护技术研究与实践

摘    要:旅游铁路对消防安全管理提出了更高要求,传统消防安全管理模式已无法适应旅游铁路的快速发展。文章研究将视频监控、蓝牙定位、物联网等技术应用于旅游铁路消防安全管理;结合都江堰—四姑娘山旅游铁路(都四线)示范工程,建设了消防系统智能运营维护平台平台,重点实现人员自动检测、定位和跟踪,消防设备设施状态实时监测和预警,以及灾情现场火灾参数动态监测与预警,能够极大地增强旅游铁路消防系统运营维护能力,并在火灾发生时提供准确可靠救援指挥参考信息,为旅游铁路安全运营提供了强有力的技术保障。

Research and practice of intelligent operation and maintenance solution to fire protection system for tourist railway

Abstract:Tourist railway puts forward higher requirements for fire safety management and traditional fire safety management mode can not adapt to the rapid development of the tourist railway. This paper studies how to adopts emerging information technologies such as video surveillance, bluetooth location, and Internet of Things in fire safety management of tourist railways. Based on the pilot project of Dujiangyan-Siguniangshan tourist railway, the intelligent operation and maintenancein platform for fire fighting system is built and functions are developed for fire control work, including personnel automatic detection, location and tracking, fire fighting equipment condition monitoring and automatic inspection, and disaster site fire parameter dynamic monitoring and early warning, which can greatly enhance the operation and maintenance capacity of tourist railway fire protection system and provide accurate and reliable reference information for rescue in the occurrance of fire, thus providing strong technical guarantee for the safe operation of tourist railway.
