This paper described the interaction method, the recycling method and the overlapping inspection method of train operation resources in the Train Autonomous Circumambulation System. In view of the safety problems caused by communication delay and packet loss during train independent route and independent protection, the paper proposed an interactive method of train operation resources, which had the function of enabling the train to directly apply for and independently hold the train operation resources in the range of route and route protection section, and achieved the effect of fast interaction and high safety. Aiming at the problem of hindering the normal operation of the train due to the loss of running resources during the interaction of running resources, the paper put forward a resource recovery method, which had the function of checking the causes of resource loss and recovering them respectively, so as to achieve the purpose of restoring the normal operation of the train after the lost resources.
