| 摘 要： | 本文用RIA的方法对西安地压217例正常人ATI,ATⅡ-醛固酮进行了含量的测定,其结果ATI基础状态均值为0.1610±0.1477,激发状态为0.1988±0.1936。ATⅡ基础状态均值为43.88±23.60,激发状态为55.61±26.93。经统计学处理在男女性别之间无显著性差别(P>0.05)。血浆醛固酮基础状态均值为90.15±19.78,激发状态均值为139.25±47.55。从测定的结果看随着年令的增长醛固酮的分泌量有所下降的趋势。通过男女不同年令217例ATI、ATⅡ和醛固酮基础状态与激发状态测定结果,确定我们实验室正常值范围同时为临床在诊断与治疗预后上提供依据。

| Abstract: | Plasma ATⅠ, ATⅡ-Aldosterone of 217 healthy adults in Xi'an were determined by means of RIA method. The results were as follows: The average value of plasma ATI was 0.1610±0.1477 in the basal condition and was 0.1988±0.1936 in the stimulative condition. ATⅡ was 43.88±23.60 in the basal condition and was 55.61±26.93 in the stimulative condition. Plasma aldosterone was 90.15±19.78 in the basal condition and 139.25±47.55 in pg/ml the stimulative condition. |
