| 摘 要： | 首先分析了江苏省水路基本实现现代化需要重点研究的问题,剖析了水路基本实现现代化的内涵,并构建水路基本现代化的评价指标体系;在综合评价江苏省水路运输现状的现代化水平的基础上,提出江苏省水路基本现代化的总体目标和关键性控制目标,最后提出实现的路径.
