| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了大功率CO_2激光手术刀做半脾切除及脾破裂止血手术。用杂种狗进行实验研究。阻断脾门后,用刀头功率160～200W的激光刀,聚焦切割,焦点外激光束止血。不需向脾动脉注射肾上腺素,同样创面干燥,焦化良好。20例动物全部成活。无术后感染,无继发出血。经一年观察,杀死动物,见脾脏手术切面已有脾包膜形成。所以本研究较保留脾器官其它手术,安全可靠。有可能成功地过渡到临床应用。

| Abstract: | Twety dogs were used to study a high Power Co_2 laser scapel for hemisplenectomy and traumatic rupture of the spleen by temporary occlusion of the spleen pedicle. The laser scapel with its point power of 160-200 w was used for a focusing cut and for stopping bleeding by the laser beam beyond the focus. The wound surface could be dried and coking good, without injecting adrenaline into the splenic artery. All the dogs survived after the experimental investgation and no infection or any more Post-oPerative bleeding was found. The spleen membrane was formed on the section of the spleen 1 year after operation. Compared with other operations for keeping the organ of spleen, this method safer and more reliable. It could be used in clinical practice with success. |
