摘    要:利用电阻应变测量方法和DC—1电动谐振试验装置研究了轴颈空心对6100球铁曲轴弯曲静强度和疲劳极限的影响。结果表明,采用合适的空心结构可使曲轴的弯曲静强度提高6%~15%,疲劳极限提高4%~8%,零件质量减轻4~5kg。

The Effects of Hollow Structure on Bending Strength of Nodular Cast Iron Crankshaft for 6100 Engine
Abstract:The effects of hollow structure on static bending and fatigue strength of a model 6100 nodular cast iron crankshaft were investigated by means of strain gauges and a DC-1 tester. Test result showed that with proper hollow structure, the static bending strength of crankshaft could be increased by 6% - 15%, fatigue limits by 4% - 8%, while the weight could be reduced by 4 - 5kg.
